Opportunity – We are an established third party financing organization expanding our territory to meet customer demand, and need a dynamic sales rep. NMI Funding is in the business of helping independent used car dealerships find financing for their customers. We are searching for an exceptional person with a proven sales track record and knowledge of the car industry.
The Position – As an outside sales representative you will engage independent used car dealerships from an established list. With your sales experience and knowledge of the automotive industry the territory will grow by developing new business relationships. Our services include the ability to access large lenders to assist in prime and subprime financing of vehicles. Our services never cost the dealership out of pocket expense.
Job Duties –
- Travel to used car dealerships daily, Monday through Friday, to educate dealerships and sell our services in order to grow new sales opportunities
- Build and grow relationships with the dealership’s owner and/or sales manager to effectively communicate the value of our services.
- Train dealerships in the types of vehicles most likely to be financed, how to use our systems most effectively and grow their own sales rates and closing ratios.
- This is a full-time position with extensive local travel required each day.
Requirements- The ideal candidate:
- Must be a self-starter, self motivator, and a strong communicator
- Must possess a true passion for the entire sales experience in addition to a driven work ethic, energetic personality and a professional appearance.
- Previous sales experience or other experience in the automotive industry/finance industry is helpful.
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license in order to be successful.
